The three suspects in the murder of Dr. David Boyd were charged with burglary and other crimes today in an appearance before a Rowan County magistrate.

Jonathan Barnett, Christopher Boyd and Candice Drye were each charged with first-degree burglary and felonious larceny and armed robbery.

They were each placed under an additional $200,000 bond.

I THINK HALF THE BLAME SHOULD BE LAID ON dR. bOYD because people addicted on drugs will do anything and though they are protecting him in the illegal activities he was involved in I feel like alot is his fault and the public has a right to know what he was about to be charged with. I feel sorry for these young people and my prayers are with all family members involved. But we want to know about him too. I know personally you could go there to get narcotics. So let us hear it all!!!! There's alot more that hasn't been told about Dr. Boyd, but no details are being withheld concerning the 3 charged...

There were probably no questions becuase he is DEAD! We have many laws in NC but none where you can charge a dead person! Besides, what would the punishment be if you could?

What laws did The "DOCTOR" break? Why were the no questions about him providing drug to her in their report. Sounds like a cover up...
